As a **Digital & Business Advisory**expert, you are the **driving force**behind Devoteam's strategic engagements in Luxembourg. This role goes beyond traditional consulting—you will act as an **entrepreneurial catalyst**, bridging strategy, sales, and deep delivery excellence across our most challenging client mandates. You will shape the future of our clients' businesses by leading complex transformations in data, AI, and digital domains, ensuring every initiative delivers measurable value and sustainable growth.

**Your key responsibilities**
- **Strategic Leadership**: Lead strategic advisory, presales, and delivery engagements across multiple domains including digital transformation, data, AI, and change;
- **Business Development**: Identify, shape, and qualify new business opportunities through client relationships, proposals, and solution framing;
- **Portfolio Management**: Manage multi-project and program portfolios, ensuring governance, financial oversight, and delivery excellence;
- **C-Level Engagement**: Support strategic planning and decision-making with C-level stakeholders to align transformation goals with ROI and value creation;
- **Practice & People Growth**: Drive thought leadership, mentoring, and practice development within Digital Impulse and across teams;
- **Entrepreneurial Catalyst**: Act as an entrepreneurial catalyst, bridging delivery, sales, and people management to foster sustainable growth.

**What we're looking for**

Must-have:

- **Education**: Academic background in Business, Strategy, Management, Engineering, or IT
- **Experience**: Minimum **10 years of experience**in management consulting, transformation, or digital advisory roles;
- **Consulting Expertise**: Proven expertise in **presales, proposal writing, and client engagement**within the Luxembourg market;
- **Delivery Acumen**: Strong command of delivery methodologies and frameworks (Prince2, ITIL, PMI, Agile);
- **Digital Depth**: Deep understanding of digital transformation enablers (Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, Data, AI);
- **Financial Acumen**: Strong financial acumen for business case creation, cost-benefit analysis, and P&L awareness;
- **Language Skills**: Fluent in English and French;
- **Who you are**:Entrepreneurial, strategic leader**with excellent relationship-building skills, strong ownership, and the ability to connect business, technology, and people topics for hands-on execution.

- **Networking & Specialization**: Established professional network in Luxembourg across private and public sectors; Highly specialised in one or more key Luxembourg industries, such as Finance, Insurance or Public Institutions;
- **Business Track Record**: Proven track record in business development, presales, or key account management;
