The Central Europe BLAFC Head of Advisory is the central point of contact for the Business for advisory on AML, CTF, Sanctions & Embargoes, Anti-Fraud & Investigations, ABC matters, ensuring that all AFC-relevant legal, regulatory and DB Group requirements are met, any FCR/TF related risks are appropriately addressed and mitigated. The Central Europe BLAFC Head of Advisory is also the direct point of contact for Business Central Europe (Emerging Europe is included) DB staff for AFC matters, in particular in terms of whistle-blowing, employee reliability or concerns raised in a confidential environment when improper or illegal AFC related activities are suspected.

Key responsibilities:
BLAFC Head of Advisory: Act as liaison with local AFC and other regional AFC teams, Business teams within Central Europe, advising on and providing guidance to Business on various KYC, TM, S&E and AFBC matters, following up with Business on status of NCA/RR/EDR and obtaining other relevant MI from the Business, providing BLAFC support to IPB countries on their KYC Due diligence (NCA, RR, EDR), as well as TM issues, ensuring implementation of relevant AFC policies and procedures, keeping professional and transparent communication with relevant stakeholders, as well as representing AFC IPB BLAFC in various IPB relevant Forums/Councils/Working Groups.

Regional Management: Organization, coordination, and maintenance of regional initiatives, such as the TM Council, as well as other key AFC related projects.

Participation on other various projects with involvement of the Regional Management.
