Vous jouerez un rôle central dans l’accélération de la transformation digitale de notre client, en concevant des solutions digitales innovantes et orientées utilisateur, à destination des clients finaux et de ses partenaires distributeurs. Intégré(e) à une équipe de 17 personnes, vous interviendrez sur la conception, l’évolution et la maintenance d’outils digitaux (simulateurs, parcours de souscription en ligne, portails web et mobiles).
**Vos missions**:
**Analyse & Conception**:
- Recueillir et analyser les besoins métiers auprès des parties prenantes
- Formaliser les besoins sous forme de cahiers des charges et User Stories dans un environnement Agile
- Participer à la priorisation du backlog en étroite collaboration avec le Product Owner
**️**Maintenance & Support**:
- Suivre les corrections et évolutions en lien avec les équipes techniques
- Gérer la relation avec un prestataire externe dans le cadre d’un contrat de TMA (SLA, qualité, charge)
***Tests & Déploiement**:
- Rédiger les plans de tests et réaliser les tests fonctionnels
- Coordonner les phases de recette utilisateur et contribuer aux mises en production
- Accompagner les utilisateurs dans le changement : rédaction de supports, formation, communication
***Expérience utilisateur & amélioration continue**:
- Apporter un regard critique sur les parcours utilisateurs et proposer des optimisations continues
- Collaborer avec les UX/UI designers, utiliser Figma (ou équivalent) pour prototyper ou challenger les interfaces
- Être garant(e) de la qualité de l’expérience utilisateur sur l’ensemble des outils digitaux
**Votre profil**:
- Formation supérieure Bac+5, avec au moins 3 ans d’expérience en tant que Business Analyst, de préférence dans l’assurance IARD
- Bonne maîtrise des outils de prototypage (Figma ou équivalent) et sensibilité forte aux enjeux UX/UI
- Connaissance avérée des parcours clients digitaux (espaces clients, tarification, souscription en ligne)
- Expérience dans la gestion de la maintenance applicative et la collaboration avec des prestataires externes
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse, autonomie, rigueur et esprit collaboratif
- Parfaitement à l’aise en français, avec un bon niveau d’anglais professionnel
- Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) et bonne compréhension des environnements de travail Agile
