This is an interesting opportunity to become a pivotal part of a leading industrial company, with an active global presence. As a Senior Financial Control Manager, you will report to the global CFO, will oversee the financial and corporate management aspects of the global business operations and will closely work with global business teams.
You will be responsible for designing and implementing strategies to increase profitability and cost efficiency. Also, you will optimize asset performance through strategic management and acting as the company's ambassador across multiple industry platforms for various countries.

**Your Main Responsibilities**:
- Managing budgets, forecasts and other financial reporting processes
- Ensuring adherence to financial regulations and reporting standards
- Negotiating and securing mutually beneficial leasing agreements with business units
- Overseeing corporate governance practices through adherence to legal and regulatory framework
- Monitoring asset performance and maximizing returns through strategy design
- Overseeing acquisition, leasing and management of the company’s assets
- Actively managing and developing strong stakeholder collaborations (investors, regulatory authorities, clients)
- University degree (bachelor’s or similar) in Business administration, Finance, or any related business fields
- At least 7 years of working experience as a Financial Controller, including roles involving corporate governance responsibilities
- Good knowledge in the aviation industry will be an asset
- Language Skills: Fluency in English is a must, Spanish - nice to have
- Strong communication skills, stakeholder management experience, autonomy and very good negotiation skills are a must
