**(Sr) Transfer Agent - Responsibilities**
- Manual handling of subscriptions, redemptions, and investor record management with precision and compliance.
- Managing capital calls, dividend distributions, payments, and investor inquiries.
- Performing NAV checks and preparing periodic investor reporting.
- Ensuring AML/KYC compliance for all investor-related activities.
- Maintaining comprehensive investor registers and building strong client relationships.
- Supporting regulatory filings and contributing to ad hoc projects.

**(Sr) Transfer Agent - Your Profile**:

- ** 2-5 years of experience as a Transfer Agent,** specifically in alternative investment funds (AIF).
- Strong expertise in manual operational tasks, avoiding over-reliance on automation.
- Fluency in **English** and **French** (Italian is a plus).
- Degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Advanced Excel skills and a detail-oriented, team-player mindset.
