**Principales tâches et responsabilités**:
Nous recherchons, pour compléter notre département PB Line, des Team Leaders (F/H) qui prendront activement part au lancement de cette toute nouvelle ligne de production.

En tant que Team Leader, vous êtes le référent technique de votre équipe et assurez la prise en charge des nouveaux arrivants. Vous veillez continuellement à la qualité et la productivité des différentes lignes de production. Vous êtes également le garant de la réglementation Kronospan en matière d'Hygiène et de Sécurité mais aussi du respect des coûts et plannings.
Vous êtes le point le contact principal entre le terrain et le management grâce notemment à des reporting réguliers.
Leader dans l'âme, vous mettez tout en oeuvre pour montrer les bonnes pratiques à votre équipe.

**Profil**:
Pour être Team Leader vous:

- Avez une solide expérience en production, idéalement sur des postes similaires,
- Avez d'excellentes capacités managériales,
- Etes rigoureux dans votre travail,
- Avez le sens des responsabilités et de fortes capacités d'analyse.
