**We are seeking a Talent Attraction Team Leader Graduates for our Business Services team**

You will collaborate and report directly to the Talent Acquisition Team Lead and your main missions are set around 3 pillars but not only:
Talent Acquisition

In close collaboration with the Talent Acquisition Team Lead, provide leadership and direction for the team, playing an active part in all recruitment related initiatives and incorporate relevant campus and business insights to ensure our attraction and recruitment strategies are fit for purpose Lead a multicultural team of 5 recruiters by setting up objectives, coaching by sharing knowledge, monitoring performance and development and giving timely and regular feedback
- Share collective responsibility for delivering organizational objectives, through active engagement and collaboration with employees at all levels in the organization
- Driving the full spectrum of recruiting and selection activities for the different line of services (Audit/Tax/Advisory & Business Services) on a Graduate level
- Research, develop, and implement innovative best practices across the full life cycle of recruitment and programs, with a focus on diversity and inclusion
- Keep up to date of trends in recruitment, market intelligence, and competitor benchmarking

Employer Brand & Campus
- Develop partnerships with Universities/Business Schools and Technology Schools within Europe to increase KPMG identity and attractiveness among students
- Ability to organize and run hiring initiatives at Universities/ Campus
- Project-manage, host and attend campus events (e.g. careers fairs, workshops, case studies, presentations, KPMG open day, etc.)
- Encourage and enable employees to be brand ambassadors by providing training and support such as social media guidelines, tool kits and involving interested in content creating and sharing

Reporting & Projects
- Perform analysis of hiring needs and provide employee hiring forecast
- Review existing recruitment and selection processes to ensure ease of engagement and efficiency to the Leadership and key stakeholders
- Identify and implement HR KPIs in relation to graduate recruitment and provide associated reporting to enable the identification of areas for improvement
- Report on emerging trends in the employment market and target talent segments

**What we look for**
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in International Talent Acquisition preferably within a professional services environment; previous team management experience is required
- Knowledge of the Luxembourg/EU market and understanding of the key players within the Campus & Graduate recruitment world
- Fluent in English (any valuable knowledge of other languages is appreciated such as French and/or German).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Partnering with business and colleagues: solid oral and written communication and relationship management skills; client service mindset and credible; strong negotiation skills; ability to develop internal and external relationships; ability to manage diverse stakeholders and to build networks quickly
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and taking initiative to make confident and well-informed decisions and executing medium scale events
- Ability to think proactively, creatively, and strategically
- A willingness to question the status quo and enthusiasm to impact change
- A strong passion for all things recruitment related and a genuine interest in employer branding, marketing and social media
- Ability to look for solutions and the development of initiatives
