**Job Description**:

- Procurement Team Leader- ING Luxembourg recherche un Procurement Team Leader à temps plein pour une durée indéterminée.- Au sein du Département Finance, le service Procurement (équipe de 3 personnes) aide les différents départements de la banque à sélectionner, le meilleur produit ou prestataire de services, tout en tenant compte des aspects règlementaires et légaux.- Son scope inclut les dépenses des départements : IT, Facility Management, Non Financial Risk, Ressources Humaines (incl. Formation), Marketing et Consultances diverses.- Missions- En tant que Procurement Team Leader, vous serez en charge de:
- Trouver et évaluer des fournisseurs de biens ou de services via la gestion des appels d’offres en étroite collaboration avec les différents départements de la banque ainsi qu’avec les autres fonctions de support
- Coordonner les activités liées à la mise en place d'un contrat : élaboration, cycle de vie du contrat, suivi administratif, gestion des clauses annexes
- Gérer et suivre des fournisseurs, ce qui comprend également la connaissance du marché pour son domaine d’activité, l’apport d’une valeur ajoutée en terme de réduction de coûts, la résolution d’éventuels conflits
- Maîtriser les risques liés aux relations de la banque avec ses fournisseurs, processus qui comprend la qualification des fournisseurs mais aussi l’adaptation du contrat en fonction des règlementations applicables.
- Réceptionner et traiter les commandes internes en fin de processus
- Coordonner avec les autres services internes les nouveautés règlementaires et les mettre en place dans les contrats fournisseurs.
- Challenger les partenaires internes ou externes pour susciter l’adhésion de l’ensemble des acteurs aux principes Procurement.
- Participer à l’évolution de la fonction Procurement en assurant une communication constante avec les différents services internes sur la stratégie et les valeurs du département.
- Le service achats global ING vous offre aussi la possibilité d’être en charge de RFP globaux pour la banque.- Profil- Formation / Expérience : Formation universitaire de niveau bac + 5 en Achats ou Juriste achats
- Expérience de minimum 5 ans en gestion de projets achats de préférence dans une entreprise de services sur des achats informatiques
- Des connaissances règlementaires dans le domaine des achats sont un atout
- Compétences- Excellentes capacités de communication vous permettant d’interagir avec différents types d’interlocuteurs (niveau de séniorité varié, cultures différentes)
- Présentation, coordination et négociation en interne et en externe
- Gestion des priorités, autonomie, rigueur et curiosité
- Bonnes capacités d’adaptation et d’anticipation
- Orienté résultats, avec l’esprit analytique, le sens du discernement et la compréhension des enjeux
- Habilité à gérer à la fois des tâches opérationnelles et stratégiques
- Capacité à travailler dans un groupe international à l’ancrage local
- Langues- Maîtrise orale et écrite du français et de l’anglais.
