**Job Description**:
Recruitment Team Lead will drive our Luxembourg-based recruitment team and coordinate all IT recruiter colleagues across multiple locations to ensure that all recruiting operations perform efficiently, while being actively involved in senior profile IT recruitment processes.
**Tasks and Responsibiliti**es**
- Lead and provide overall guidance the recruiting team and report on its performance
- Actively source, headhunt for highly-skilled IT professionals and be responsible for end to end recruitment (sourcing, advertising, screening, interviewing)
- Establish and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders (Hiring Managers)
- Manage stakeholders of all levels to ensure the correct recruitment processes and procedures are followed and provide technical and strategic support, mainly in the IT recruitment field
- Monitoring of actual market environment trends and propose for new strategic approaches
- Mentor and coach other recruitment partners and IT recruitment partners in the team
- Perform weekly 1on1’s with direct reports and establish and manage their development plan and performance
- Support the global recruitment manager in: coordinating and allocating tasks, collecting relevant market research, creating relevant team reports, escalation management with internal clients and sharing important information and instructions regarding corporate development throughout the company
- Keep track of recruiting metrics and provide the necessary reporting
- Spot and report tactical performance improvement in the team and provide consultative advice
**Qualifications**:
- At least 5 years of relevant recruiting experience is a must in an IT-related field
- Relevant experience preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a thorough understanding of recruitment best practices
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
- Expertise in sourcing, attraction, selection and offer negotiations
- Proven track record in senior stakeholder management
- Ability to work with data and provide insights; identify and solve problems using data
- Well-developed self-organization, attention to details
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills
- Advanced level English language skills, any other language will be considered as a plus
- Experience in a start-up or similar environment
