**Job Description**:
Supervisory role of Accounting team.
- Right hand of Head of Accounting
- Bookings relating to monthly, quarterly & annual closing (Accruals, provisions, salaries, Tax, VAT)
- VAT declaration (monthly, yearly VAT)

The person should be able to tackle more complex questions related to VAT and work closely with the HoA
- Assist for Annual Audit & audit supervision for all Luxembourg entities
- Annual accounts support
- CSSF reporting
- Monthly & annual reporting
- Group reporting & Luxembourg consolidation
- Assist the HoA in preparing the monthly Group reporting & will be involved in Consolidation for Luxembourg
- Tax return for several in house companies
- Coaching other team members
- Back up (back up function in case of vacation)
- Maintenance of written workings instructions/procedures in the accounting department
- Budget preparation (Overhead) & Forecast
- Assistance in Ad hoc project
- Treasury management for Luxembourg
- Intercompany follow up for cash management

**Requirements**:

- University degree or Business school
- Relevant experience 10 years & management people skills
- Profound knowledge in Lux accounting principles (Luxgaap)
- Broad knowledge in financial management (Accounting
- Reporting & Controlling)
- Fluent French & English
- Excellent in excel (not necessary Macro)
