As part of its data strategy, we are looking for an experienced **Business Analyst** to join the Fusion Team, responsible for delivering Lending & Credit Risk data projects.
**Key Accountabilities**:
As a key member of the Fusion Team, you will:
- Analyse and document **business requirements** related to **lending and credit risk data**, ensuring alignment with **regulatory expectations**:
- Collaborate with **regulatory stakeholders** to gather insights and requirements for alignment with **FINREP and/or COREP reporting**:
- Work closely with **developers** and **data analysts** to assist in the design and implementation of **Data Products** addressing credit risk needs
- Use **SQL** to explore and query databases, providing **data-driven insights** to support decision-making
- Leverage **Atlassian tools**, particularly **Jira** and **Confluence**, for project management and documentation
- Facilitate communication between **business units** and **technical teams** to ensure clear understanding of requirements and deliverables
- Support **Agile methodologies** in project execution, fostering a collaborative and iterative approach
- Participate in **validation and testing**, ensuring developments match the specifications
**Skills and Experience**:
- Have 5-10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally in financial services, with a focus on credit risk and regulatory reporting
- Have a strong knowledge of FINREP and/or COREP requirements
- Be proficient in SQL for data exploration and analysis
- Be familiar with Atlassian tools - Jira and Confluence
- Experience in Agile environments is a plus
- Demonstrate excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Be able to work independently and within a collaborative team
**Qualifications**
- Domain of expertise : Banking, Finance, Credit Risk, Lending, Business Analysis
- Education : Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, or IT
- Languages : Fluent French, professional English
- Certifications : Not required
- Experience : 5-10 years as a Business Analyst
