**JUNIOR BUSINESS SUPPORT ANALYST**
Will report to the Senior Group Procurement Analyst and will be based at our company operational headquarters in Luxembourg.
This role supports procurement data management, reporting, and analytics to drive informed decision-making. Key responsibilities include maintaining databases, updating market indexes, managing and creating dashboards, and supporting supplier management processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Market Data Management: Update daily market indexes related to raw materials in procurement databases to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
- Reporting & Budgeting Support: Serve as the gatekeeper for data entry in reporting and budgeting processes, ensuring timely and accurate input. Create and maintain reporting templates for seamless data integration.
- Price Updates: Maintain and update pricing for centrally managed categories in the ERP system.
- Data Analysis & Ad-hoc Requests: Support the procurement team with data analysis and fulfill ad-hoc data requests as needed.
- Database Management: Maintain procurement databases within Google Sheets ensuring data quality, consolidation from multiple sources, and proper structuring for efficient processing.
- Dashboard Development & Maintenance: Improve and maintain existing dashboards in Looker Studio, and design new dashboards to support business needs.
- Supplier Management Support: Assist in supplier management processes by developing internal tools or facilitating the implementation of external solutions.
**Professional Experience & Qualifications**
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel for data manipulation and analysis.
- Ability to translate raw data into interactive dashboards for effective visualization.
- Basic understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) concepts for report and dashboard creation.
- Basic programming skills (e.g., SQL, Java) are a plus.

- Effective communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization.
- Proactive, inquisitive, and comfortable working across different countries and functions.
- Experience with Google Workspace is a plus.
**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.**
