**TASKS**:
- Perform an “As Is” analysis, identify the key gaps to enhance MMS and define the key milestones to ensure a proper evolution of the platform in line with the Bank strategy and in particular the management of its mandate products;
- Define and document business cases, prepare business requirements for future IT projects with
the support of two colleagues dedicated on MMS since the start;
- Provide systematic assistance to the team for the related reporting needs, test cases documentation preparation and test execution and ensure close and good cooperation with IT teams;
- Supervise and contribute to the update of End-User and procedure manuals;
- Ensure close cooperation with End-Users, OPS Business Analysts and IT colleagues to work
as much as possible in agile mode;
- Advice mandate owners on mandate structuration within MMS, in order to preserve optimal
data quality;
- Ensure close cooperation with Data Governance officers to improve reporting processes in line
with best bank practices.
**EXPERIENCE**:
- Experience in business analysis for IT projects in large banks;
- Experience in review of business processes (as-is) and design of new business processes (to be);
- Experience as team leader or project manager;
- Writing user manuals;
- Experience as business analyst in the context of IT migration projects (from old to new systems)
would be an advantage.
**KNOWLEDGE**:
- Modelling technics and languages: UML;
- Project management methodologies: Waterfall and Agile,;
- SQL,;
- Financial products (loans, etc.),;
- English writing skills (C1 European Level), French is recommended (B2 European Level).
