Your Responsibilities | Funds - Luxembourg - Corporate

You lead the daily legal/corporate proceedings throughout the entire fund life cycle of your client portfolio.

You collaborate on advising an extensive list of clients on all types of funds including SIFs and RAIFs, SICARs and any other regulated or unregulated alternative investment fund types.

You draft and review legal documentation and contracts relating to ordinary funds administration.

You serve as an intermediary between relevant third parties (banks, Luxembourg administrations, notary, etcetera) and maintain solid client relations.

You prepare minutes, board meetings, draft all kinds of documents related to shareholder & board meetings and may be asked to assist.

You review the deliverables of your junior peers and supervise their assignments to a limited extent.

Profile and Career Path | Funds - Luxembourg - Corporate

You have gathered at least three years of experience in both legal advice and corporate services of regulated and unregulated entities in Luxembourg. An experience in structures similar to a PFS or a ManCo is preferrable.

A high English proficiency is indispensable for succeeding in this international firm and communicate effectively within your multicultural team.

You possess noticeable experience in independently providing hands-on, tailored customer service to international clients.

An academic background in Business Law is an undeniable advantage but not a necessity.
