**Summary**:
A renowned Trust Company located in the Financial district in Luxembourg is looking for a Corporate Officer with advanced knowledge in Luxembourg Corporate Law.
This solid service provider deal with regulated and unregulated funds and in particular alternative funds. They’re currently around 140 people.
They are constantly growing and have opened new offices in Europe recently, looking at other markets with exciting projects and growth.

Your Responsibilities
- Managing a portfolio of non-regulated Luxembourg investment vehicles
- Preparing board and shareholders´ meetings
- Drafting board meeting minutes and other relevant legal documents
- Providing ongoing legal services to your client portfolio
- Participating in cross-departmental projects
Your Profile
- +1-2 years of working experience as a Corporate Officer / Legal support or in a similar position
- You have advanced knowledge in the Luxembourg corporate law
- Team player
- You are fluent in **English**, German and/or French is an asset
