**Sr Corporate Officer/Funds (AIFs)**
**Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.**
**Strassen, Luxembourg (Onsite)
**Some of the things you will be doing**:
- Organise, hold, draft, and follow-up of board and shareholders’ meetings including the drafting, execution, signing, and delivery of any related documentation including convening notices, proxies, minutes, attendance lists
- Main point of contact for the Board of Directors, management companies, and any third parties in relation to corporate matters
- Providing administrative support and lead proactively any corporate activities related to the domiciliation of funds
- Review, keep and archive all corporate records of the companies including updating registers, follow-up for original delivery/receipts, filings/updates of Luxembourg registers, etc.
- Monitoring corporate events (regulatory/legal reporting, shareholders meetings, official publications etc.) and report to supervisor to ensure compliance with applicable laws & regulations
- Ensure that all entities (funds and corporate) are correctly managed from a corporate perspective (approval of annual accounts in particular)
- Maintaining the records and legal documents of the funds
- Handling requests for corporate documents from internal clients, auditors or regulators
- Develop and maintain templates and standard procedures for corporate secretarial tasks
**What skills, education, and qualifications do you need?**
- Two to three years of experience working in funds, specifically with AIFs
- Ability to read and speak English fluently
- Experience with legal/corporate work
