Senior Corporate Officer

A privately owned fund administration and advisory firm is seeking a Senior Corporate Officer to join their Luxembourg office, to manage your own portfolio of SPVs within private equity. With over 10bn AUM, the client boasts an impressive portfolio across multiple jurisdictions, providing a-z support. Working amongst a dynamic and passionate team, the client instils a positive working culture, lots of scope for development and flexible to a combination of office and remote working. This is a broad role covering not only corporate administration but also relationship and risk management.
**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:
- Supporting corporate transactions
- Organising board and shareholder meetings and necessary documents/resolutions
- Maintaining share register and company files
- Data cleansing and database upkeep
- Liaising with clients, service providers and regulatory authorities
- Work with Billing team to review invoices
- Maintaining risk controls
**Requirements**:
- 3+ years relevant experience in Luxembourg companies or offshore funds and trusts
- Ideally educated to degree level or equivalent
- Experience with SPVS, private equity or real estate
- Team player
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Fluent English, French a plus
