Our client is a highly respected firm known for its expertise in tax compliance, advisory, structuring, as well as legal matters related to taxation. Your Responsibilities | Tax – Finance – Accounting – Advisory – Tax Compliance
- Review clients' tax structures to identify opportunities for optimization while ensuring full compliance with Luxembourg and international tax regulations.
- Liaise with tax authorities, auditors, and legal advisors during audits, reviews, or specific requests.
- Advise on complex tax issues, including VAT, corporate income tax, and withholding taxes.
- Draft tax memos and maintain ongoing monitoring to keep clients updated on regulatory changes affecting their investment structures.
- Assist in preparing tax models, simulations, and projections related to restructuring or investment transactions.
- Support the onboarding process for new clients by reviewing documentation, collecting information, and facilitating initial communications.
Profile and Career Path | Tax – Finance – Accounting – Advisory – Tax Compliance
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a tax advisor in Luxembourg; experience at a Big Four firm is a strong advantage.
- Fluent in both German and English to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Familiarity with financial vehicles, particularly investment funds.
- Highly organized, collaborative, and capable of working independently when needed.
- A degree in taxation is considered a strong asset.
