Dans le cadre d'une création de poste, notre client recherche un
Finance & Compliance manager
afin de superviser une équipe de 5 personnes.

Dans un climat de totale
confiance
et de sérénité, vous devrez
structurer
les process et pérenniser l'activité du département.

Vos missions seront les suivantes:

Responsabilités principales :

  • Supervision de la comptabilité/trésorerie
  • Support à l'opérationnel comptable
  • Préparation des états financiers
  • Supervision de la création et du monitoring du budget
  • Reportings
  • Gestion d'une équipe de 5 personnes
  • Assurer la conformité avec les normes en vigueur
  • Veille réglementaire
  • Optimisation des processus financiers/digitalisation

Profil recherché :

  • Expérience de minimum 7 ans
  • Excellentes connaissances en LuxGAAP
  • Expérience en gestion de projets, idéalement dans le réglementaire
  • Maîtrise d'ERP et de la suite Office
  • Maîtrise du Français et de l'Anglais
  • Pédagogue et structuré
  • Compétences organisationnelles et gestion des imprévus
