**You will have the opportunity to**:

- Support the quality of our products in a highly automated tire production plant in collaboration with a diverse, international team.
- Work with the latest technology in a digitalized environment.
- Seek and implement new ideas to drive safety, quality, and reliability and productivity.
- Participate in the continuous optimization of the quality team and processes, especially in the CTA area.

**Your responsibilities**:

- Ensure quality standards and meeting daily production requirements for your area.
- Perform cut tire analyses.
- Diagnose, analyze, and report all non-compliances to the respective Quality and Process Engineers and Leaders.
- Perform C-Clamp measurements.
- Support thermocouple and blow point studies.
- Support development of training materials related to your respective areas.
- Train associates on CTA and Cut Asap as well as C-Clamp procedures.
- Manage Identification and implementation of improvements for increased productivity.
- Ensure the reporting to the leader of your area.

**To join our team you will need the following **qualifications**:

- Technical degree with equivalent experience
- 2+ years of working experience in manufacturing environment is a considerable asset.

**We are looking for the following **skills**:

- Good knowledge of English. French and or German are considered an asset,
- Good problem-solving skills and self-initiative,
- Strong teamwork skills,
- Results-driven and ability to influence associates to achieve common goals,
- Sense of urgency and commitment to resolve issues,
- Position requires shift work assignments.
