**You will have the **opportunity** to**:
We are currently looking for an Engineering support specialist to join our team in new plant in Dudelange, Luxembourg. On this position you will:
**Your **responsibilities**:

- Support the team during major troubleshooting phases.
- Be a key contact person for utilities management.
- Assist the responsible person in plant technical facility management.
- Lead improvement projects.
- Take over the responsibility of tool calibration follow up.
- Lead and drive the Reliability actions to support Plant targets.
- Participate in the intervention of catastrophic failures, taking the lead when appropriate for larger issues, and make the reporter of these failures, keep Updates and follow up.
- Analyze the reports from the Predictive tools and define actions.
- Lead and drive compliance for CTI's, MSR's, legal checks for the Plant. Support external and internal audits.

**To join our **team** you will need the following qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Automation, Engineering Technology, or a related field. Or significant experience (more than 5 years)
- Fluent in English, French is considered an asset
- Experience in a Continuous Improvement / Zero Loss Concept / Total Productive Maintenance / Lean environment are considered an asset
