RC/MLRO Support Officer

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

•    Provide support with preparation of the annual AML/CFT Questionnaire and Annual RC Reports and other RC deliverables, such as Quarterly Board Reports and Monthly Conducting Officer reports;

•    Monitor and collect AML/KYC KPI related documentation for investors and investments, as well as support review and ensure resolution of any discrepancies;

•    Communicate with relevant KYC and other stakeholders regarding requested documentation and information;

•    Support in liaising with internal teams and external parties (legal advisors, auditors, etc.) on AML/CFT matters;

•    Maintenance and oversight of RC database and management of common mailbox;

•    Support with further ad-hoc RC related requests;

•    Report to team lead on information requests, progress and issues.

SPECIFICS TO THE ROLE: 

•    Proficiency in MS Office programs, knowledge of Excel (mandatory): ability to extract data, manipulate large datasets, consolidate KPIs, and ensure alignment of data from multiple sources;

•    Desirable to have degree in Law, Finance, Business, or Compliance; CAMS/ICA certification is an advantage;

•    Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently;

•    Desirable to have 1-3 years' experience in AML/KYC, Compliance, or Fund Administration in Luxembourg;

•    Understanding of Luxembourg fund structures (SICAV, RAIF, FCP, SICAR, SIF, etc.);

•    Excellent organizational and documentation skills with strict attention to regulatory deadlines;

•    Ability to work independently and manage tasks with minimal supervision;

•    Fluent in English (mandatory - written and spoken); French or German is a plus.
