Our CFO Advisory team help our client solve their most pressing challenges in the finance domain. We work alongside CFOs from a variety of sectors (incl. banking, asset and wealth management, construction, manufacturing, consumer, etc.) and help them navigate into the future of finance. Our department is growing rapidly, offering many exciting opportunities to quickly develop a robust skill-set in finance.
What will you do
- Be part of a team of typically 2-3 team members and contributing to all aspects of client projects
- Develop not only your problem solving skills, but also your ability to present results to client management and implement recommendations
- Accompany clients on strategic reviews of their finance teams, business planning, financial modelling and analytics, reporting process optimization, finance operating model design / review, finance tool selection and / or implementation (incl. monthly closing, FP&A, treasury, reporting and dashboarding, consolidation, etc.)
- Adopt a 360° approach and be able to help CFOs with the breadth of their challenges: from accounting to strategic business partnering, from operational excellence to digitalization, from Gen AI to Sustainability
- Be trained on the job and mentored on a day-to-day basis by the senior profiles of the team
Who you are
- You have a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Financial Engineering or equivalent
- A first work experience – internship or first job - in the Finance team of a company or within the Audit department of a Big4
- Demonstrated understanding of key accounting principles under IFRS
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with strong communication abilities
- Curious, reliable and eager to learn
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel to effectively perform analysis and synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations
- Fluent in English, knowledge of French or/and German would be a plus.
