Job Description

Join our Digital Transformation & Technology team and help us shape the future of client relationship management at KPMG Luxembourg

You'll be part of the team that keeps our Microsoft Dynamics CRM running smoothly — supporting both Marketing and Sales teams.

Your mission? To make sure our CRM stays efficient, up to date, and campaign-ready. You'll coordinate daily CRM operations, test new features, troubleshoot issues, and be a key bridge between users, IT, and business teams.

This role is hands-on and on-site — you'll be testing, exploring, and supporting everything from campaign setups to iPad event activations. You'll also act as a backup for our CRM System Manager and CRM Business Manager, ensuring continuity when needed.

What you will be working on

User Support & Coordination

  • Be the go-to person for CRM users (over 800 colleagues) — help reopen opportunities, troubleshoot, and support day-to-day needs.
  • Act as the operational backup for the System Manager and ensure continuity in case of absence.

Marketing Operations Support

  • Check campaign setups — make sure journeys, forms, and emails are tested and ready before launch.
  • Support audience preparation, contact cleaning, and segmentation to keep data accurate and compliant.
  • Document bugs, track issues, and coordinate fixes with IT and external vendors.
  • Help analyze and update segments and consents based on legitimate interests.

Testing & Feature Implementation

  • Stay up to date with monthly Microsoft feature releases for Dynamics 365 Marketing.
  • Test new functionalities, identify relevant updates for the business, and share feedback with CRM leads.
  • Help implement new tools (e.g. Customer Voice, Outlook Sync, event iPads).
  • Train Marketing users when needed — from quick refreshers to new feature intros.

Project & Data Support

  • Coordinate CRM-related projects such as Power BI dashboards or survey rollouts.
  • Extract and analyze CRM data (Excel skills will be your best friend here).
  • Work with our Data Steward to keep data clean, compliant, and ready for campaigns.
  • Support training initiatives — create or update guidance materials and short tutorials.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Participate in technical calls with IT and our KPMG Netherlands counterparts.
  • Work closely with both Marketing and IT teams to ensure smooth communication and efficient issue resolution.
What we look for
  • A curious, tech-savvy mindset with a real interest in digital tools and CRM systems.
  • Strong organization and time management skills — you love structure but stay flexible.
  • Good communication skills and a collaborative spirit.
  • Comfortable working on site and supporting hands-on testing (iPads, events, etc.).
  • Solid Excel skills (formulas, VLOOKUPs, data analysis) are essential.
