About the Role:

For our Global Headquarters, we are looking for someone to join the team that supports and coordinates supply chain across Africa Levante region. This role plays a key part in securing finished goods availability across the regional supply network. Acting at the intersection of supply planning, stock deployment and people management, you will lead a team of five and operate in a complex, fast-paced FMCG environment.

You will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including plants, warehouses, commercial teams and supply chain partners, requiring strong coordination and communication skills contributing to both operational excellence and alignment with company values in a diverse and multicultural environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Supply Planning

Thanks to your day-to-day involvement in supply planning, you will monitor stock availability, scheduled production and products in transit in order to release production requests in line with demand and lead times. You will review service level data and shape targeted improvement actions adapted to local needs. You will also assess sensitive situations, define clear priorities and propose practical solutions to secure finished goods availability, while making sure that escalation paths are used appropriately. Thanks to this approach, you will contribute to cost control by anticipating situations that could lead to product destruction.

Stock Deployment

You will take care of stock deployment by determining quantities and timing for transfers between industrial warehouses. You will plan and request shipments to final destinations by balancing elements such as warehouse saturation, stock coverage, product freshness, legal considerations and financial constraints. You will also handle the allocation of shared SKUs across different countries, ensuring a fair and coherent distribution aligned with network specificities.

People Management

As people manager, you will guide and support a team of five team members, creating clear ways of working and encouraging collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. You will lead and develop your team, ensuring motivation, growth and alignment with Ferrero's values.

About You:

You hold a master's degree in a technical, engineering, or industrial field and have 6 to 10 years of professional experience, including at least three years in a similar role within an FMCG environment. With a background in the food industry, you are comfortable operating in industrial and operational settings. Your exposure to plant environments enables you to build strong on-site working relationships, and your people management experience allows you to effectively support teams in their daily activities.

You bring a strong analytical mindset, enabling you to assess situations, structure information, and support sound decision-making. Your problem-solving approach helps you evaluate options pragmatically and move forward with clear, results-oriented choices, while maintaining a balanced and thoughtful way of working.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with SAP environments such as ECC, SD, S/4HANA, and APO, you are comfortable working with data, systems, and reports. You collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders, proactively anticipating topics and driving discussions forward. Your negotiation skills and collaborative approach foster constructive exchanges, supported by clear communication and well-reasoned outcomes.
