Our Digital Assets Advisory team is dedicated to supporting financial services institutions (banks, investment managers, management companies ("ManCos"), alternative investment fund managers ("AIFMs") and assets servicers) in navigating today's complex strategic, operational and regulatory impacts of distributed ledger technology (DLT) and digital assets on their business.

We combine deep expertise in the financial services and  digital assets with a practical approach to business and operating models transformation, market entry's risk and regulatory assessment, and infrastructure provider selection, helping our clients to make informed decision and meet evolving market and regulatory expectations.

• Support client projects related to strategy, business, operational, risk management and regulatory considerations in the field of digital assets
• Assess, design, and implement risk management frameworks aligned with applicable regulatory standards (MiCA, MiFID);
• Conduct due diligence on CASPs and broader digital assets service providers;
• Assist on notification/authorisation process under applicable regulatory frameworks (MiCA, PRR);
• Actively monitor industry developments and prepare regular digest reports and presentations to support clients discussions;
• Continuously seek opportunities to create new business relationships with digital assets ecosystem and build knowledge about relevant players products and solutions; while participating in thought leadership and Firm point of view development;
• Collaborate with technology and business transformation teams to address specific operational challenges and bring innovative ideas, creative approaches, out-of-the-box mindset to improve processes, methodologies, and solutions for clients.

• Education: Master's degree in finance, economics, business or related field, ideally with a focus on DLT / digital assets.
• Experience: Up to 2 years' experience in the financial sector, preferably in a consulting-type role.
• Skills:
  • Very good understanding of DLT and digital assets (key concepts, market dynamics, and regulations such as MiCA, PRR, blockchain laws).
  • Awareness of the DLT / digital assets ecosystem; existing industry connections are a plus.
  • Familiarity with digital asset platforms (tokenization, trading, custody, stablecoin issuance).
  • Strong written communication skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
  • Analytical and creative mindset, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good command of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Languages: Fluent in English and French.
