Our expanding Real Estate Advisory team is keen to welcome a consultant with specialization in real estate finance. We are a part of the Financial Advisory sub-service line at Deloitte Luxembourg and contribute to a larger global Real Estate Advisory network. Our team caters to esteemed clients, both from Luxembourg and around the world, across a variety of sectors
Your next challenge
  • Opportunity to work on various high-impact real estate projects
  • Regular interaction with esteemed clients, investment funds, developers, banks, advisors, and other service lines within Deloitte
  • Develop a full financial and strategic understanding of real estate assets and the real estate market
  • Gather and analyse market data for real estate asset valuations
  • Take lead of developing and analysing financial models, with a focus on income forecasts and scenario analysis
  • Evaluate the feasibility of real estate developments
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing documents such as teasers, investment memorandums, and pitch presentations to support the team during real estate transactions
  • Engage in marketing strategies and business development activities to foster personal growth
Your skills
  • Master degree in Economics, Finance, Business Engineering or equivalent
  • Holding 3-5 years of experience in a similar position at a real estate brokerage, asset management firm, advisory/audit firm, management company, bank, or investment fund
  • Proficiency in real estate valuation techniques in the context of transactions and financial reporting
  • Deep understanding of the Luxembourg real estate markets
  • Value for collaborative spirit and ability to nurture team dynamics
  • Ability to balance teamwork with independent initiatives and projects
  • Capability to effectively manage multiple tasks while ensuring the delivery of high-quality work, even under pressure. Demonstrating resilience and composure in demanding situations
  • Fluency in English and French required; competency in Luxembourgish or German is a strong asset.
  • Professional qualifications such as RICS or CFA are a plus
