Your contribution to our success
- Work alongside consulting professionals to help clients identify, analyze, and solve challenging strategic issues.
- Participate in digital transformation projects for major players in Luxembourg and abroad.
- Coach and support client business teams on their transformation journey and help create technology solutions to meet their needs.
- Utilize cutting-edge technologies to support agile methodologies and continuously deliver value to clients.
- Contribute to maintaining live applications after delivery, perform handover and knowledge transfer, and develop your expertise in digital transformation across various industries.
Your skills
Must have- Be in the final year of a Master's degree in business, engineering or IT.
- Have either a functional or technical background.
- Passion for digital and affinity with solution delivery methodologies such as Service Design or Scrum.
- Fluency in English (French is an asset).
- Knowledge of Agile delivery.
- Salesforce knowledge and/or programming skills (e.g. Java, web application, Apex).
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset — you enjoy sharing knowledge and succeeding as a team.
