Join our Digital Factory, as a Software Developer. The Digital Factory, an in-house Software development entity, is composed of a balanced mix of business professionals and technology experts. We are building digital assets and solutions in an Agile way. We help to anticipate change, unlock the full potential of technology, extract strategic insights from data, and create new value for our clients through modern technologies.

Your contribution to our success

  • Deepen your software engineering skills while building strong knowledge of the financial industry (Banking, Investment Funds, etc.), placing yourself at the heart of tech and finance.
  • Develop high‑performance, data‑intensive applications using C#/.NET Core, SQL Server, and APIs to handle complex, heavy data processing.
  • Craft modern, intuitive user interfaces with React and its ecosystem (Redux, Saga, etc.), shaping products that users love.
  • Work in a modern agile setup (SCRUM), applying clean code principles, QA, and CI/CD throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate daily with financial experts and business teams, providing clear visibility to stakeholders on scope, progress, and challenges in the delivery process.

Your skills

Must Have
 
  • Degree in Computer Science or another relevant field
  • Up to 5 years of experience and ability to write clean, testable code
  • Familiarity with code quality and continuous delivery practices
  • Fluency in English, with strong analytical, organisational and communication skills, and a collaborative, proactive mindset
Nice to Have
 
  • Keen interest in AI and associated tooling
  • French language skills (considered an asset)
  • Strong client relationship-building skills
  • Curiosity about the business world and motivation to keep learning new technologies
