- Lead and participate across the full project lifecycle (analysis, design, build, test, deploy) for digital and core banking implementations.
- Support program and project managers in applying agile practices, standards, and controls.
- Monitor and report scope, cost, schedule, resources, risks, and issues; produce dashboards and KPIs.
- Facilitate workshops to capture requirements, design service/UX and microservices solutions, and validate through testing.
- Drive digital strategy, feasibility studies, and ideation for process digitalization, with a focus on customer experience and innovation.
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or IT.
- 2–5 years in core and digital banking transformation or banking software consultancy; proven use of implementation methodologies; willingness to travel.
- Strong stakeholder communication, problem-solving, and teamwork; agile delivery and reporting (dashboards/KPIs).
- Hands-on with digital banking platforms (e.g., Temenos Infinity, Kony, Backbase, OutSystems, Crealogix) and core banking solutions (e.g., Temenos, Avaloq, ERI Olympic, Oracle Flexcube); exposure to microservices/APIs and testing practices.
- One or more areas such as CRM, compliance, portfolio and risk management, securities processing, accounting, or regulatory reporting; experience with market research and innovation.
- English and French or German; exposure to or strong interest in digital transformation and AI/automation in digital banking.
