We're looking for a Fleet Support Specialist who can bring structure, diplomacy, and strategy to our car management operations. You'll ensure every team member who needs a vehicle has one, while optimizing costs, contracts, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Administration: Maintain and update car-related processes, policies, and documentation.
Coordination: Ensure vehicles are efficiently allocated and properly maintained.
Contracts & Negotiations: Manage leasing agreements, handle renewals, and challenge terms to ensure best value.
Financial Administration: Oversee invoices, fines, and filing; collaborate with HR and Finance.
Strategic Optimization: Determine the smartest approach for car handovers, long-term parking, and logistics providers.
Stakeholder Management: Mediate between teams (especially sales), ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency.
Operational Excellence: Anticipate delivery delays and set realistic expectations; deliver only what can be promised.
Continuous Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and implement better systems to make the fleet function smoothly and sustainably.
Your Profile
Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, operations, or a related field.
Strong communication skills with diplomacy and patience to manage different personalities.
Highly organized, structured, and reliable under pressure.
Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
Strategic thinker with curiosity for fleet taxation and optimization topics.
Fluent in English & German (French is a plus)
