We're looking for a Fleet Support Specialist who can bring structure, diplomacy, and strategy to our car management operations. You'll ensure every team member who needs a vehicle has one, while optimizing costs, contracts, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Fleet Administration: Maintain and update car-related processes, policies, and documentation.
Coordination: Ensure vehicles are efficiently allocated and properly maintained.
Contracts & Negotiations: Manage leasing agreements, handle renewals, and challenge terms to ensure best value.
Financial Administration: Oversee invoices, fines, and filing; collaborate with HR and Finance.
Strategic Optimization: Determine the smartest approach for car handovers, long-term parking, and logistics providers.
Stakeholder Management: Mediate between teams (especially sales), ensuring fairness, transparency, and consistency.
Operational Excellence: Anticipate delivery delays and set realistic expectations; deliver only what can be promised.
Continuous Improvement: Spot inefficiencies and implement better systems to make the fleet function smoothly and sustainably.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fleet management, logistics coordination, operations, or a related field.
- Strong communication skills with diplomacy and patience to manage different personalities.
- Highly organized, structured, and reliable under pressure.
- Comfortable balancing multiple priorities and tight deadlines
- Strategic thinker with curiosity for fleet taxation and optimization topics.
- Fluent in English & German (French is a plus)
