Your contribution to our success
  • Proactive stakeholder liaison: Fast, professional resolution of driver issues that improves satisfaction and reduces downtime.
  • Data stewardship and insight: Accurate fleet records and timely KPI reports that enable confident, data-driven decisions.
  • Policy compliance and risk mitigation: Consistent enforcement of company policies to reduce operational, legal, and financial exposure.
  • Cross-functional value creation: Alignment with HR, Finance, and suppliers to negotiate better terms, optimize total cost of ownership, and streamline processes.
  • Continuous improvement and strategic fleet evolution: Regularly updated processes and intranet content, data-backed vehicle selection, and measurable gains in efficiency and sustainability.
Your skills
  • 2–3 years' experience in a similar role; strong appetite for the automotive sector
  • Strong analytical skills working with large datasets; advanced Excel; attention to detail and critical thinking
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and team player; strong written and verbal communication; client- and solution-oriented, proactive
  • Well organized; able to deliver high-quality work under pressure and tight deadlines
  • Strict attention to confidentiality and data privacy; fluency in French and English
