Nous recherchons un(e)
Business Intelligence Financial Officer/ Cost Controller
doté(e) d'une forte sensibilité pour la Business Intelligence, l'analyse de données et les solutions IA.

Sous la responsabilité directe du CFO, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la fiabilité des coûts, la performance financière et la transformation data de l'entreprise.

Vous collaborerez au quotidien avec la plateforme BI & Power Platform du département IT afin de développer des outils d'aide à la décision modernes et efficaces.

Vos responsabilités :

  • Élaborer, suivre et analyser les coûts de production, projets ou services, le coût de revient, marges et indicateurs de performance ;
  • Réaliser des études de rentabilité, analyses des écarts et rapport de performance ;
  • Préparer et suivre les reportings financiers, tableaux de bord et analyses ad hoc ;
  • Participer à la construction de modèles de prévision (budgets, forecasts, scénarios, tableaux de bord) ;
  • Identifier les leviers d'optimisation financière et opérationnelle ;
  • Développer et automatiser des modèles financiers via Excel, Power BI ou outils similaires en lien avec l'équipe IT ;
  • Contribuer à l'intégration de solutions d'IA / Machine Learning pour la prévision, la détection d'anomalies et l'analyse des données ;
  • Vérifier la cohérence, la qualité et l'intégrité des données financières ;
  • Soutenir la CFO dans les analyses stratégiques et la prise de décision.

Vous vous reconnaissez dans le profil suivant :

  • Bac +5 en Finance, Contrôle de gestion, Comptabilité ou équivalent ;
  • Expérience confirmée en finance d'entreprise, cost accounting , contrôle de gestion ou data-driven finance ;
  • Maitrise de la langue française et anglaise (oral et écrit) ;
  • Compétence avancée en Business Intelligence (Power BI, Power Query) ;
  • Compréhension ou expérience de l'IA appliquée à la finance (modèles prédictifs, automatisation, data analytics) ;
  • Solides compétences analytiques, rigueur et sens du détail ;
  • Capacité à travailler en transverse avec la Finance, l'IT entre autres ;
  • Esprit d'innovation et envie de contribuer à la transformation digitale.
