NTT Ltd. Luxembourg is looking for a Finance Control Manager to oversee the day-to-day finance activities and managing the Finance Control team. You will be based in our nice office in Capellen, Luxembourg with an hybrid way of working (on site/ remotely).

**Working at NTT**

**Your missions**:

- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.
- Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company
- Manage and oversee all aspects of financial controlling, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify business opportunities
- Collecting, interpreting and reviewing financial information
- Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
- Reviewing, monitoring and managing budgets and forecast, including variances
- Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management
- Managing an end-to-end audit process of current systems - external and internal
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards

**About you**:

- ** Minimum 8 years of experience** in corporate finance controlling and financial analysis
- Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Finance, Controlling or Audit
- ** Fluency in English**, both oral and written is required. French is a plus.
- Staff management experience is a must
- Strong financial reporting experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident dealing with senior stakeholders
- Ability to solve complex issues
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong demonstrated use of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
