**Contexte**:
**Description de la mission**:

- En tant que Business Analyst Data, vous collaborerez avec les clients finaux en:

- Rédigeant des Dossiers d'Exigences et documentant les travaux effectués
- Participant à la recette utilisateur et à la validation technique des tests
- Gérant les demandes de reporting et formant les utilisateurs à leur utilisation
- En tant que Business Analyst support, vous collaborerez avec les clients finaux en:

- Recevant et traitant les demandes/problèmes des entités opérationnelles internes
- Fournissant un support fonctionnel aux utilisateurs finaux et assurant le suivi des demandes
- Résolvant les demandes de maintenance corrective/évolutive et réalisant les tests d'acceptation
- Identifiant et mettant en œuvre des actions d'amélioration de la qualité de service
- Coordonnant les releases applicatifs

**Environnement**:

- Matériel : PC sous Windows
- Logiciels : Pack Office, Business Object 4.2 SP9, Jira, Solife, SQL Server
- Autres : Assurance vie (Retail & Wealth)

**Livrables**:

- Tests et livraison des demandes de maintenance
- Livrables conformes à la méthodologie Projet du client
- Développement de reporting et partage de connaissances

**Exigences pour l'Offre**:
En fonction de la mission organisationnelle, les prérequis suivants sont requis:

- Maîtrise de la méthodologie de projet Agile (SCRUM, PRINCE2) ou familiarité avec KANBAN
- Compétences en modélisation de données et conception de datawarehouse
- Expérience avec Business Objects XI R4.2 (Conception Webi, Conception d'Univers, CMC), la familiarité avec les versions plus récentes est un plus
- Maîtrise de Microsoft PowerBI
- Maîtrise de la langue SQL
- Expérience avec SQL Server (Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, SSRS, SSAS), la familiarité avec Oracle est un avantage
- Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft Office, Jira et Solife
- Connaissance des rapports réglementaires pour les entreprises du secteur financier luxembourgeois, en particulier dans le domaine de l'assurance (CAA, MIFID, EMIR, etc.)
- Familiarité avec les secteurs de l'assurance vie et des LPS au Luxembourg
- Expérience dans des projets de qualité des données est un bonus
