You will join our Tax Reclaim & Relief's team. Joining our team means actively participating in the transformation of our tax processes in a stimulating and innovative environment. You will have the opportunity to contribute to strategic projects while de-veloping your technical and analytical skills. We are looking for a Business Analyst Tax capable of understanding existing processes, adapting to current tools, and proposing innovative solutions, particularly in Lean Management, to improve the efficiency and accuracy of our operations.
Your roleManage the entire tax recovery process:
Prepare tax reclaim requests.Respond to external requests for information from sub-custodians and tax administrations.Reconcile and credit the tax recoverable amounts refunded.Ensure all data is up to date in the tax tool to avoid production errors.Work in close collaboration with the different teams of the Tax department.Handle inquiries and address country-specific tax questions from internal counterparties.Documentation and Reporting:
Document optimized processes and newly implemented solutions. Produce regular reports with key performance indicators (KPIs) and key risk indicators (KRIs). Ensure data updates in tools to avoid errors.Collaboration and Coordination:
Work closely with tax teams, IT, and other stakeholders. Facilitate communication between various parties to ensure a shared understanding of processes.Monitoring and Innovation:
Stay updated on relevant legal and technological developments in the tax field. Propose innovative solutions to anticipate future needs. Your profile University degree in economics, management, engineering, or equivalent. Initial experience in tax department of an audit/tax firm or the back-office's department of a bank. Strong command of MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). Knowledge of banking systems (such as Avaloq) or the ability to learn them quickly. Familiarity with automation and artificial intelligence tools.Analytical and solution-oriented mindset. Ability to adapt in a constantly evolving environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Proficiency in French and English. NoteWe will not accept any CVs from agencies.
