Rémunération : 95–100 K€ (fixe)

Le contexte

Dans le cadre de son développement, un acteur majeur de la construction au Luxembourg, intervenant sur des opérations complexes en gros œuvre et tous corps d'état, renforce ses équipes projets.

Rattaché(e) à la Direction de Production, vous prenez en charge le pilotage global de plusieurs opérations de construction d'envergure, en encadrant directement les équipes travaux et en garantissant la performance technique, financière et humaine des projets.

Votre rôle

Véritable chef d'orchestre des opérations, vous êtes responsable du bon déroulement des projets, de la phase de préparation jusqu'à la livraison finale, dans une logique de maîtrise des coûts, des délais, de la qualité et des engagements contractuels.

Vous intervenez en supervision stratégique et opérationnelle, en appui des Conducteurs de Travaux, avec une forte capacité d'arbitrage et de prise de décision.

Vos principales responsabilités

Pilotage stratégique & contractuel

  • Analyser les dossiers de marché (technique, économique, contractuel)
  • Définir et déployer la stratégie d'exécution des opérations
  • Valider les choix techniques, méthodes constructives et optimisations
  • Superviser plannings, budgets et marges des projets
  • Assurer le suivi financier global (coûts, situations, avenants)
  • Anticiper les risques et piloter les actions correctives

Management des équipes projets

  • Encadrer et accompagner les Conducteurs de Travaux
  • Structurer l'organisation des équipes chantier
  • Arbitrer les situations complexes (techniques et humaines)
  • Développer une culture de performance, de responsabilité et de collaboration

Supervision technique & qualité

  • Garantir la conformité des ouvrages aux normes et règles de l'art
  • Valider les solutions techniques en phase d'exécution
  • Superviser les opérations de réception et la levée des réserves

Sécurité, environnement & conformité

  • Veiller à l'application stricte des règles de sécurité
  • Garantir le respect des exigences réglementaires et environnementales
  • S'assurer de la mise en œuvre effective des actions de prévention

Représentation & relationnel

  • Représenter l'entreprise auprès des maîtres d'ouvrage et partenaires
  • Participer aux réunions stratégiques de chantier
  • Assurer un reporting structuré auprès de la direction
  • Contribuer à la satisfaction et à la fidélisation des clients

Votre profil

  • Diplôme Bac +5 en génie civil, construction ou équivalent
  • 8 à 10 ans d'expérience minimum en gestion de projets de construction, idéalement en entreprise générale
  • Solide expertise technique et maîtrise des enjeux financiers et contractuels
  • Leadership naturel, sens des responsabilités et capacité de décision
  • Excellentes compétences organisationnelles et forte capacité d'anticipation
  • Aisance dans l'encadrement et la structuration d'équipes projets
  • Maîtrise parfaite du français ; toute autre langue est un atout

Rémunération : €95.000,00 à €100.000,00 par mois
