We are now seeking to recruit a Senior Project Manager for our Change & Technology Unit (CTU). Our CTU team is responsible for liaising with internal business teams to deliver changes in business processes and technology solutions.
 
As part of this team, you will be the main link between the business teams, our Digital Factory and IT teams.

Your contribution to our success

 
•    Drive end-to-end business testing strategy aligned with organizational, project, regulatory, and customer goals

 
•    Oversee test types/scopes and governance, providing clear reporting, risk management, and decision support

 
•    Champion business assurance by validating end-to-end processes, integrations, and critical requirements

 
•    Lead and mentor cross-functional testing teams, promoting risk/value-based testing and domain expertise

 
•    Use automation, analytics, and AI in testing, acting as single point of accountability for scope, progress, risks, and issues

Your skills : 

Must have :

•    Bachelor's degree in business, Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field (Master's degree preferred), or equivalent professional experience.

•    Minimum of 5 years of relevant project management experience within Fund Industry, with a proven track record of managing large, complex projects that deliver impactful results.

•    Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional teams with excellence.

•    Fluent in English, any other languages are considered as an asset.

Nice to have :

•    Strong leadership, interpersonal, and outstanding written/verbal communication skills

•    Pragmatic, solution-oriented, status-quo challenger with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities

•    Proficient in project management methods/tools (certifications a plus), able to manage multiple projects; fund industry knowledge is an asset
