Notre client est une société spécialisée en Assistance à Maîtrise d'Ouvrage (AMO), reconnue pour sa capacité à piloter des projets immobiliers complexes de grande taille, pour le compte d'acteurs majeurs de la promotion ou de l'investissement.

Basée à Luxembourg, elle accompagne ses clients de la définition stratégique à la livraison des projets.

Elle recherche un(e) Senior Project Manager Immobilier pour le pilotage opérationnel de grands projets résidentiels et de bureaux.



LA MISSION

En tant que Senior Project Manager, vous agissez comme représentant du maître d'ouvrage et assurez la gestion complète des opérations, de l'avant-projet jusqu'à la réception :

  • Accompagner le client dans la définition des besoins, des objectifs et du programme

  • Participer à la sélection des partenaires (architectes, bureaux d'études, entreprises,...)

  • Coordonner les différents intervenants et phases de conception, autorisations et exécution

  • Suivre l'avancement technique, financier et administratif des opérations

  • Piloter les appels d'offres, marchés de travaux, et analyser les propositions

  • Veiller au respect des délais, des coûts, de la qualité et des exigences réglementaires

  • Animer les réunions de projet et assurer un reporting précis au client



LE PROFIL

  • Ingénieur en construction ou architecte

  • Expérience confirmée (entre 7 et 10 ans) en gestion de projets immobiliers complexes à Luxembourg

  • Solide compréhension des enjeux d'AMO.

  • Connaissance approfondie du cadre réglementaire luxembourgeois

  • Forte capacité d'analyse, de synthèse et de prise d'initiative

  • Maîtrise des outils de planification

  • Esprit rigoureux, proactif, orienté client
