Le cabinet de recrutement de Manpower Luxembourg recrute un Chef de projet / Project Manager en parachèvement total en CDI pour l'un de ses clients, acteur reconnu du secteur de la construction.
Vous prenez en charge la gestion complète de projets de parachèvement, de la phase de préparation jusqu'à la livraison finale, en veillant au respect des délais, budgets et exigences de qualité.
Vos missions sont:
Coordonnez et supervisez les chantiers avec une approche à la fois technique et organisationnell
Planifiez les ressources humaines et matérielles nécessaires à la bonne exécution des travaux
Organisez et animez les réunions de chantier, tout en assurant une communication fluide entre les différents services (bureaux d'études, production, planification, ventes…)
Êtes le principal interlocuteur du client, garant de la satisfaction et du suivi tout au long du projet
Gérez les achats et la sous-traitance : négociation, passation de commandes, contrôle des coûts et suivi des prestations
Analysez les résultats financiers et veillez à l'optimisation continue de la rentabilité des chantiers
Votre profil :
Formation technique supérieure (génie civil, construction ou équivalent)
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de projets en parachèvement, aménagement intérieur ou second œuvre
Compétences éprouvées en planification, coordination et suivi budgétaire
Leadership naturel, sens des priorités et excellente communication
Bonne maîtrise du français et du néerlandais (oral et écrit)
Solides connaissances en MS Office (Excel) ; la maîtrise de Navision constitue un atout
