TMC Luxembourg is looking for a Technical Project Manager (M/F) for one of its clients.

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead strategic projects within the IT department. After training in the internal project methodology, you will be responsible for managing innovative technical projects, ensuring resource planning and delivering deliverables in accordance with defined standards.

Your role will include coordinating multidisciplinary teams, managing suppliers, overseeing budgets, and providing regular communication to management. You will also be involved in technological transformation initiatives and process optimization efforts.

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in designing and deploying complex and innovative IT solutions
• Expertise in IT project management: planning, scope definition, budgeting, risk management, and deliverable tracking
• Proficiency in tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Figma, Microsoft Office, and Project Monitor (Virage publisher)
• Application of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), backlog management, and writing User Stories
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices, validation of deliverables, and performance indicator monitoring
• Ability to lead technical teams and coordinate multi-stakeholder projects
• Excellent communication and reporting skills for stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, proactivity, adaptability, and a customer service mindset
• Proficient in French and English (C2 level); German is an asset (A2 level)
• PMP certification required; Scrum, Prince2, or Lean Six Sigma certifications are highly valued
