Our HR team is seeking an HR Business Partner (12 months fixed-term contract) starting in November 2025 to cover a maternity leave. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for the management, providing HR support and guidance.
Your Tasks
- Be the primary point of contact for leadership-related topics, providing expert advice to managers throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
- Advise on and facilitate local organizational changes.
- Driving necessary actions in situations such as terminations, disciplinary measures, and more.
- Playing the role of a facilitator in case of conflict
- Engage with management on people analytics (e.g., demographic changes, HR KPIs), proactively initiating and driving relevant actions at local site.
Your Profile
- You have a first experience in Human Resources
- You have at least a master's degree in human resources or related field
- You are fluent in French and have strong English communication skills
- You are assertive and resistant to work in a challenging international environment
- You are a team player
