MISSIONS OF THE ROLE

Key Responsibilities:

 Requirements analysis & design: Understand internal user needs and translate them into efficient and functional

software solutions.

 Development: Code, test and deploy applications that meet both technical and functional specifications.

 Application integrations: Create connectors to simplify integration between applications

 Maintenance & evolution: Maintain existing applications, resolve bugs, implement updates, and drive continuous

improvement.

 Technology watch: Stay up to date with emerging technologies and trends to propose relevant enhancements

and foster innovation.

 Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with business teams, designers, product managers, and developers

to deliver optimal solutions.

 Testing & optimization: Perform thorough testing to ensure software quality, security, and performance.

Continuously optimize existing features.

 Documentation : Write the technical documentation of the tools, creation of manuals

 Support: Act as level 3 support on the tools, including problem management

 Carrying out other duties as assigned

REQUIRED SKILLS

 Qualifications / diploma(s): Bachelor's degree or related experience.

 Technical Competencies: minimum of 5 years of experience in this field.

 Languages: French and English fluent. Any other language is an asset.

 Technical Competencies:

• Programming languages & frameworks: Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, Go and their  associated frameworks.

• Low code / NoCode experience

• Databases: Strong knowledge of relational and/or non-relational databases.

• Agile methodologies: Experience with Agile development practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).

• UI/UX awareness: Understanding of usability and user experience principles for internal tools.

 Specific skills:

• Analytical thinking: Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective technical solutions.

• Teamwork & communication: Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with
