Vous avez une première expérience en calcul de salaire et souhaitez intégrer une entreprise qui valorise l'humain ?

Notre partenaire, actif dans le secteur de la construction, cherche à renforcer son service RH avec un(e) Payroll / HR officer. L'équipe, composée de 5 collaborateurs, évolue dans un environnement stable, dynamique et en pleine expansion, offrant de belles opportunités d'évolution.

Vos missions :

  • Gérer les dossiers du personnel : contrats, données administratives, documents légaux, calcul des salaires et éléments variables.
  • Préparer et mettre à jour les documents RH (contrats, lettres, certificats…).
  • Assurer l'organisation et le suivi des formations internes et externes.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue des processus RH et à leur digitalisation.
  • Collaborer sur différents projets RH stratégiques portés par la direction.
  • Maintenir un système de classement clair et à jour.

Votre profil :

  • Minimum 1 an d'expérience en calcul de salaire en fiduciaire ou en interne.
  • Diplôme en ressources humaines ou formation similaire.
  • Bonne maîtrise du français et de l'allemand (requis).
  • Une formation complète de A à Z, adaptée à vos connaissances, dispensée par la directrice du département.
  • Organisé(e), fiable, discret(ète) et autonome, avec une approche orientée collaboration.
  • Envie de contribuer au développement d'une équipe soudée et bienveillante.
