Notre client, entreprise spécialisée dans la gestion de projets dans le secteur du bâtiment, recherche un(e) payroll / gestionnaire du personnel pour rejoindre son équipe germanophone.
Cette structure en pleine croissance offre un environnement de travail stimulant, humain et collaboratif, avec des perspectives d'évolution.
Vos responsabilités :
- Gérer l'ensemble de l'administration du personnel : dossiers salariés, contrats, déclarations légales, calcul des salaires et des primes.
- Rédiger et mettre à jour contrats de travail, courriers et autres documents RH.
- Coordonner et suivre les formations internes et externes pour les collaborateurs.
- Optimiser et digitaliser les processus RH afin de gagner en efficacité (outils, procédures, organisation).
- Participer à des projets RH transversaux en lien avec la direction.
- Assurer le classement, l'archivage et la mise à jour régulière des dossiers du personnel.
Votre profil :
- Minimum 1 an d'expérience dans une fonction similaire en payroll.
- Titulaire d'un bachelier en ressources humaines ou formation équivalente.
- Maîtrise obligatoire du français et de l'allemand.
- Rigoureux(se), discret(ète), organisé(e) et autonome, avec un bon esprit d'équipe.
- Vous appréciez évoluer dans un environnement où le respect, la fiabilité et la collaboration sont des valeurs clés.
