Vos missions

  • Vous offrez aux clients un service de qualité à travers tous les canaux de communication disponibles (téléphone, e-mail, Enoshops…)
  • Vous gérez les demandes et les réclamations, vous proposez des solutions et vous faites un suivi pour assurer la résolution des problèmes
  • Vous effectuez diverses tâches administratives (contrats, factures, réclamations complexes…)
  • Vous communiquez des informations précises et complètes aux clients et aux interlocuteurs internes
  • Vous participez à l'atteinte des objectifs du département afin d'améliorer et d'harmoniser le niveau de service offert à nos clients
  • Vous suivez les procédures, les lignes directives et les normes de communication
  • Vous informez régulièrement le responsable des problèmes rencontrés et suggérez des améliorations
  • Vous supportez le service sur d'autres tâches en cas de besoin

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes détenteur d'un BAC ou équivalent
  • Vos points forts sont l'écoute active et la résolution de problèmes
  • Vous avez une attitude positive ainsi qu'un sens développé de la qualité et du service client
  • Vous faites preuve de flexibilité et d'un fort esprit d'équipe
  • Maîtrise des langues luxembourgeoise, française, allemande et anglaise aussi bien à l'oral qu'à l'écrit
