We're Hiring: Client & Partner Services Specialist (German Market)
Location: Luxembourg
We're looking for a skilled professional to support client relationships and manage the daily operational workflow of customer contracts. This position focuses on the
German market
, with the possibility of contributing to
France, Belgium and the Netherlands
, depending on language skills.
Your Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for partners and clients (brokers, asset managers, banks)
Handle incoming calls and manage requests related to ongoing cases
Build and maintain strong professional relationships
Manage contracts across all transactions (new business, surrenders, fund switches, etc.)
Work with internal and external funds
Process complex and non-standard operations
Collaborate closely with AML, KYC, Asset Controlling, Wealth Planning, Accounting, Sales, and other internal teams
Identify partner/client needs and proactively provide solutions
Work with digital processes and contribute to their continuous improvement
Participate in strategic projects (process optimisation, quality improvement, database analysis)
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Finance, or equivalent qualification
- Experience in customer retention and contract management, preferably in the financial or insurance sector
- Native German speaker with proficiency in French and English, knowledge of Dutch is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently and proactively
Experience in customer/partner service within financial services or insurance
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage complex administrative processes
Analytical mindset with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
Comfortable working with digital tools and evolving processes
Fluency in
German
required; additional languages (French, Dutch, English) are a plus
Based in or open to relocating to
Luxembourg
Description of the job
In dieser Position bist du verantwortlich für die Kundenbindung sowie die administrative Betreuung der täglichen Abläufe rund um unsere Kundenverträge. Dein Schwerpunkt liegt auf dem deutschen Markt. Je nach deinen Sprachkenntnissen kannst du jedoch auch in weiteren Märkten wie Frankreich, Belgien und den Niederlanden eingesetzt werden.
Konkret bedeutet das:
- Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für unsere Partner und Kunden (z. B. Makler, Vermögensverwalter und Banken) während der gesamten Vertragslaufzeit.
- Du bearbeitest telefonische Anfragen und Anliegen zu laufenden Vorgängen.
- Du baust eine starke professionelle Beziehung zu unseren Partnern auf.
- Du übernimmst die vollständige Verwaltung von Verträgen bei allen Transaktionen (Neugeschäft, Rückkäufe, Fondswechsel usw.).
- Du arbeitest mit internen und externen Fonds.
- Du bearbeitest komplexe und nicht standardisierte Vorgänge.
- Du arbeitest eng mit internen Abteilungen wie AML, KYC Office, Asset Controlling, Wealth Planning, Buchhaltung, Vertrieb usw. zusammen, um Qualität und termingerechte Abwicklung sicherzustellen.
- Du sammelst, identifizierst und formulierst die Anliegen von Partnern und Kunden und bietest proaktiv Lösungen an.
- Du arbeitest mit digitalen Prozessen und hilfst bei deren kontinuierlicher Verbesserung.
- Du beteiligst dich aktiv an Projekten im Einklang mit unserer Strategie, z. B. zur Prozess- und Qualitätsverbesserung oder Datenbankanalyse.
