Ce qui vous attend

En tant que stagiaire Support HR Business Partner vous viendrez en soutien opérationnel aux HR Business Partners dans leurs activités quotidiennes ainsi que dans la mise en place de certains projets.

Les principales missions seront:

  • Support recrutement : analyse des besoins avec le business, publication d'annonces, organisation des entretiens, feedbacks aux candidats, etc.
  • Support dans la gestion et le suivi des stagiaires
  • Soutien aux HR Business Partners dans leurs activités quotidiennes
  • Contribution aux projets RH : employer branding, onboarding, offboarding, etc.
  • Support auprès des HRBP dans la préparation de présentations, analyses et reportings : indicateurs RH, supports de formation, procédures RH, support administratif, etc.
  • Collaboration avec les managers et les équipes pour répondre aux besoins opérationnels
Ce que nous attendons
  • Master en Ressources Humaines, Psychologie du travail, Droit ou équivalent
  • Première expérience dans le recrutement présentant un réel atout
  • Bonne maîtrise du pack Office et notamment d'Excel et Powerpoint
  • Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; toute autre langue étant un atout
  • Excellentes qualités rédactionnelles
  • Aisance relationnelle, orientation client et capacité d'adaptation dans un environnement culturel varié
  • Rigueur professionnelle, sens critique et proactivité
  • Esprit d'équipe, flexibilité et proactivité
  • Sens des responsabilités et de la discrétion
  • Facilités d'apprentissage et envie de se développer continuellement
