If You also;

Graduated from the departments of Electrical Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering,

Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in similar positions related to electrical-electronic systems in the automotive industry,

Are proficient in EOL software and diagnostic processes,

Have experience in the production and/or quality control processes of Diesel and EV vehicle electrical/electronic systems and harnesses, as well as in component and technical drawing interpretation,

Preferably hold certifications in maintenance and safety training for electric and hybrid vehicles (Level 1, 2C, 3) for manufacturers and suppliers,

Are an advanced user of MS Office, SAP, and Enovia programs,

Have experience in team management with strong leadership skills,

Have strong communication and reporting skill, and are a good team player,

Have a collaborative, dynamic, and solution-oriented working style,

Are result-oriented with strong analytical thinking skills.

What will you do when you join us?

Ensure the planning and management of the Electrical Quality team responsible for monitoring Quality Control processes (for electric and diesel vehicles),

Guide and manage the team to effectively operate the responsible department and ensure collaboration and harmony between teams,

Prepare periodic reports related to Electrical Quality activities, conduct analyses, organize necessary improvement actions, and present them to management,
• Actively participate in quality problem-solving and improvement activities to enhance and develop product quality,

Carry out active studies related to new product approval (PPAP) and 8D problem-solving techniques,

Perform system analysis based on vehicle electrical circuit diagrams and guide stakeholders from a quality perspective,

Develop and implement projects to improve quality and production efficiency,

Identify Occupational Health & Safety and Ergonomic risks in Quality Control processes, and take preventive and corrective actions,

Lead quality-related topics in vehicle commissioning projects, ensure quality analysis of control points and suppliers, report results, and follow up on actions.
